Today is 6/27/08, our furnace was not working last winter. After checking few product company . My husband choose this company to install the furnace and air condition. The furnace was installed but we want the A/C unit install on later date.
Our experience of service schedule for A/c unit was as following:
6/23/08: 8am-10am no show, call to comp. got no sat. answer
6/25/08: 8am-10am no show, call to comp. said temperature was not idea for installation and rescheduled
6/26/08: 10am-12 noon. no show,called to comp. first excuse was "freeway accident", be there soon. They never show up. Called to comp. again, said they had emergency service, will let me know when to come but the job will be done that day. Still no show at all for the rest of the day.
All those time I was the one to call the company. They never call me to tell me what was going on. I checked the service contract. We made a mistake by paying all the labor fee except the cost of the A/C unit. I felt they have no intention of instell the unit for us at allfor now.
