I was injured in 04/2010 I purchased Accidental health ins through Zurich Ins. I was recv benifits for a few months then they stopped. I was told I had a pre-existing condition which I never knew about.. After surgery they stated I should hv been back to work in 6weeks.. Unfortutanly that was not the case I continued to suffer and they continued not to pay. They sent me a small check and stated it will be back under review which lasted for several months.. They refused to let me speak with supervisor, I email her no response, I wrote letters no response from her.. I got a second option from a new Dr that states there was some slight osteo arthritis, but the problems I am suffering from and the pain id due to my injury not a pexixting condition.. They responded by submitting my dr notes to ther IME which has never touched me look at my injury and they want to take his word over a qualified physcian who has examined me .......This company has several complaints from bad customer service to denial of benefits...
