I had Verizon Mobil Broadband, now stuck with over $1,000.00 in Disconnect fees and collection fees.
The story begins with purchasing a mobile broadband device.
The divice didn't work, verizon tells me its my computer, so I exchange a new computer for another, then verizon tells me its my computer again. I exchange it again for the 2nd time. To get to the point was never my computer, it was there mobile device after getting 3 more mobile devices the computer still would not work. I then got billed for mobile computer time I never used since the card didn't work. After all the BS from them, I canceled the contract for something that didn't work phone and computer. This all within a 6 month period. I told them I'm not paying for disconnect charge for something that didn't work. I don't think its right to charge a disconnect fee, for something that was there problem not mine.
