I purchased a sofa from Walter E. Smithe and accepted delivery on June 15, 2011. The sofa has multiple problems.
Walter Smithe company service person inspected the sofa and
listed several issues which he felt were do to the manufacturer. My option was to select another sofa, which I did and different fabric. The problem is the new fabric increases the cost of the sofa from $2400 to $6000. I am
disgusted and want a refund. Walter Smithe can keep their shoddy workmanship. I cannot afford to pay even $1000 more. I just want my money back. Their answer is no!
This is unacceptable. There is nothing I can do, and without interscession I'm sunk.
