People out of China are being informed about the FREE English Speaking Course at Mt. SAC. They are Paying
$5000.00 each for Rent, Food & Transportation while attending the 4+ months of English learning courses.
What the problem is, these people payed the people conducting the business out of Walnut BUT are not paying taxes or running a legal business.
Mean while, the person with Citizenship or Perm Res...
can't get into the Classes in their own comunnity. Due to the CLOG coming over from China & other countries, Legal or not? Yet the legal one's pay their taxes & work within the community that helps pay for Education to GROW for those who deserve it and paid into the CALIFORNIA SYSTEM.
One student started at Irvine Community College BUT was asked if he has lived in the community for a year. He mention he did not and was not able to sign up for any of these FREE Courses That our Tax dollars pay for. but due to Mt. Sac's policy "Don't ask don't tell," it's FREE!!
The NEWS is in China & Korea now...Thank's to Mt's SAC's policy....which receives funds for as many students they can grab for testing and being payed per student.
I have Contacted the Mt. SAC ADM "Liz Becker" 909-274-5233
and was informed that they can not police the process.
I have contacted the Walnut Police Department, they were helpful.....They mentioned...at this time there is no laws on the books to prevent this from continuing...The Desk officer, very smart & helpful...stated if you got the time "Get it changed", go higher UP! "if you got the time?"
Okay....here we go Congrassman Dreier...passes me onto Senator's Huff's Office....A person by the name of Tim was very helpful & concerned and also Contacted Ms. Becker's office at 909-274-5233...He was told the same thing...there's no way they can police the process, BUT

Community Colleges? Just ask the student if he or she can provide a utility bill or something to show that they are in the system and paying into the community for the past year? I got out of the US Army back in the 70's came from NJ and was on the old GI Bill started after WW2. I was required to do so, before signing up for Colleges in Wilmington & Cerritos. Tim from Senator Huff's Office, again very helpful!! Informed me to also contact Walnut City Halls office. Derek from there very much intrested, wanted to know the locations of these business. I mentioned that my wife will be able to find out in March during the Spring Sem. That's when the WAVE comes in, 1st come 1st served regardless.. where you are coming from?
