I had 10 years on the job. I got behind on my mortgage, because of loss of job. I filed a complaint with department of labor about my job. And Delaware and EEOC found them in violation of wrong doing. I'm trying to save my house although they foreclosed on my house. If it wouldn't be for them firing me I wouldn't loss my house. I never had any complaints on my job and I now have a lawyer working on right to sue letters. Now I'm asking is there anyway I can get them to stop foreclose on house and til I settle? I'm a single father with a 2 year old son and trying to fight for what right in saving my house. Now all I ask if anyone can here this story and help, although court will take a while in sue for back pay and damages mean while I'm loss my house.
