Wow Restoration Complaint

I sent the Julie doll, to a wow restorer, Lebanon Pa. He had it for at least 8 mos. He finally sent me an email telling me It will be all fixed, the amount of restoration fee $120.00 dollars witch I sent. I received an email. Thanking me for payment and a photo of doll.

Another email, she is all ready to go,that was 3weeks ago. I can not afford to lose that amt of money, I am retired. And my granddaughter is heartbroken.I would appreciate any help you can give me. I have been very patient but, I hate to be taken advantage of.
