We recently purchased bunkbeds but when we received the beds at our home, they where 1) the wrong color 2)the wrong style 3)really bad quality. The wood was a very cheap wood and was wrapped with a wallpaper type wood color laminent. We recently took them to small claims court and won a judgment against them but they keep telling me I should address the issue of repayment with the "owner" but he's "never there". I'm at my wits end and I don't know what else to do. The courts tell me they only render judgment and do no "collect".
