wal mart Complaint

I was e-mailed and then called to say I was New Mexico's $1,000 winner of the month. When I tried to fill out the form they sent via e-mail they wanted to charge me to get the pin # I needed to get access to the card. If you Win something it should be just that and not that you have to pay to receive a gift that you were told was yours. These people prey on those who have nothing to begin with so this $1,000 card would have helped. Please alert people that when they say you Win it is just to get you to pay for something that should be a given since it was won.
