superrusa Complaint

i began receiving the call on Friday telling me that I had won 2.5 million dollars and that I had to pay 350.00 to give ups on delivery. irec.2 calls on Friday and one call this morning wed. am. i called them back and told them if I had won such money to send me a cashiers chech and they hung up. fraud or not?
