Can it be true? Has someone finally dealt these TV ripoff artists a deathblow?

You cannot reach customer service anymore, all you get is 'that number has been disconnected', even the FAX number !
A lot of people fell for their TV ad, and got double charged on their accounts, and have been trying to get refunds for nearly a year.

Customer service only gives empty promises, and doesn't deliver.

They even refuse to give out upper management names and numbers so you can 'take it to the top'.

There are multiple web sites that have posted information about these scammers.
