My husband and I ordered windows on February 13th 2009. The same day we signed our contract with Mitchell Bloch (owner), we discussed about how long they hold windows, Mitchell said" don't worry we hold windows for as long as four years." We also gave him a deposit of $1500.00.. November 15th 2010 we called about installing the windows, the phone receptionist was extremely rude several times over the phone to both myself and husband. She had said to me that they absolutely do not hold windows for any longer then six months. Then she went on about how we are unable to get our deposit back, and that we still owe the balance of that contract, also leaving us to reorder and start over. We really need windows our windows are very drafty, money has been tight, we have two children and one due next month. We would really appreciate it if you could help us with this situation.

We got Windows through Window Wholesalers this winter and had a very good experience, except for the receptionist. Did you ever end up getting to talk to Mitch about it? My husband refers to their receptionist as the gatekeeper. She tries not to let anyone through to deal with the owner and is quite rude. We were arguing abour a $200 dollar replacement for a basement window we paid for and they could not get in the required size. Mitch had told me we would get a refund. The receptionist had every excuse in hte book for why we would not get the refund and was quite smug about it. When I finally realized I had Mitch's personal cell number on my answer machine, I called and spoke to him. He took care of it immediately. We had the refund check in about 4 days. Ask the receptionist, if you can speak to Mitch about the issue, since he is the one you made the deal with. He needs to run a reputable company (and get rid of teh receptionist), but you can not beat their prices.
