My husband and I ordered windows on February 13th 2009. The same day we signed our contract with Mitchell Bloch (owner), we discussed about how long they hold windows, Mitchell said" don't worry we hold windows for as long as four years." We also gave him a deposit of $1500.00.. November 15th 2010 we called about installing the windows, the phone receptionist was extremely rude several times over the phone to both myself and husband. She had said to me that they absolutely do not hold windows for any longer then six months. Then she went on about how we are unable to get our deposit back, and that we still owe the balance of that contract, also leaving us to reorder and start over. We really need windows our windows are very drafty, money has been tight, we have two children and one due next month. We would really appreciate it if you could help us with this situation.
