I am writing to tell you about Willie Baker III. He's email willie@gmail.com. He advertised in a local Bronx Newspaper for real estate properties for sale in Trenton New Jersey which I contacted him and he showed me a few properties.
Shortly afterwards, he then had me signed a contract on June 26, 2010 which he originated and asked me to pay him $1,500 as a down payment because he said, the owner required this amount in order to consider my interest in buying the property that Willie showed me.
The deal did not go well and since then, Willie Baker III has been avoiding my phone calls and refuses to return my money.
Please help me alert the public of this fraud practices and stop Willie Baker III from doing the same thing to other innocent victims.
