I hired William Hill to reconstruct my kitchen, his work was excellent, however, the plumber and the electrician he brought into my house to do their "specialty work" were absolutely incompetent!!! Last week I had a total flood in the downstairs of my house due to the plumbing work that was done by his so called expert. Hot water from the line connected to my dishwasher (which I had use only once)blew apart.
For over 8 hours I had hot water flooding out my house!!! Called Mr. Hill and he told me it wasn't his fault!!! He brought in these men to do the work and now he says not his fault. Also, 3 days prior to that the ceiling fan with lights the electrician hooked up blew 2 of the 3 lights right out and 1 of the blades went flying into my living room! The ceiling fan was shaking so much I thank God I wasn't sitting at my kitchen table. Once again
Mr. Hill informed me he wasn't responsible!!
How can that be? He brought in these men to complete the job for which I hired him, hooking up appliances and all electrical work.
I have since gone to small claims court to file against him, this mess is costing me a fortune. The plumber whom I have my heating contract with came and remedied the problem, stating on his bill why this happened and very soon the same problem would have happened with the ice maker on my refrigerator because of the hook-ups the plumber had done and how poorly the work was. I have 3 rooms of carpet that had to be pulled out, the paneling in all 3 rooms is warped, along with the 4 doors I have down there.
The cost is escalating day by day and he says it's not his fault. I know damn well that if there was a man in my house this would never have had happened... Please anyone who has had work done by this man (whether good or bad) please contact me.
