i am an elderly window lady and scott gentry ran ad in local newspaper for sale of 2 ton trane unit for $700.00. states in good condition, have bill of sale, no contract, with warranty in writing. paid for this based on ad and what gentry told me. called trane and I bought 1 1/2 ton, not trane and is 20 years old. was to pay another $300.00 to install to his installer. unit not delived when I requested a refund, would not refund. unit never installed. have second hearing in small claims re error first time June 1, 1011 10 am. edmonton, ky 42129
