Com-Ed (Sir WE can discontinue your service!) Complaint

When WE recived the bill it was for $563.57.Our previous bill was 166.26.The reading at that time was 3658.Thier now chargeing me for 8354 reading and the actual reading as of 6-19 is 4007.(read by myself and wife)!
Cannot talk to a real person w/out spending hrs on the phone and when you do, they tell you, if your unhappy w/our service we can disconnect it. No other option available.
P. S.,Really hard to understand as they aren't from USA!
Please HELP!
