City KIA sold me a vehicle and didn't get all the paperwork complete within the deadline and the approval expired. They send my file out to several banks and made my credit score go so low that the new approval was a much larger payment and larger down money. We returned the car and they charged us all of our deposit. That was the most expensive rental car I had ever had. Not to mention the fact that I thought it was my car. All the dealer kept saying was that I drove his car around for 30 days and that I had to pay for it. It is amazing that they don't even contact me to let me know that this happened. Apparently the expiration happened on January 3rd. They didn't contact me until January 16th and after that initial call where they said they were still trying to get financing they didn't return any of my calls. When we returned the car finally they kept all of our money! Now we can't even get a car cash and our credit needs time to recover. They discriminated against us economically! WOW I hope you can help us because we have contacted the better business bureau as well as an attorney to resolve this issue. I am also considering getting a bunch of people together to hold up signs in front of the dealership. I never thought I would do that in my life but I guess when you have been taken advantage of in such a bad way you go to great lengths to protect what little you have.
