On April 27th I received a notice that Annual Minutes Requirement Statement Director and Shareholders was required to be submitted and a check for $125 mailed to 400 Capital Circle SE, Postal Mail Box 18321, Tallahassee, Florida 32301. I thought it odd since the State of Florida has Sunbiz.org and the forms are all on line including payment for Business and License Registrations. So I verified the act of fraud. How many small business receive this and follow the instructions and mail a check for $125? Same of them.
