I had got my washing machine serviced in July 2011 for my complaint I did in June 2011 by K. N services sec 83 noida, my washing was kept in the service center for around 15 days & I was charged for Rs.4500(physically having the bill), & I got to know that few parts of my machines are missing for which I had complaint regarding that to service center but no one responded back now after 2 months I again had the problem which the machine & people from new service center came & then I got to know that there were few internal parts as well which were missing which were told by the new service center named Weston services from sec.63 noida, I was badly treated & they started to shout on me that its your problem & you would have to pay all the amount which ever has incurred & that you might had got the service done from outside people & at that time only me & my mother was there at home. The authorised service center which the consumer always rely on has behaved so badly which was so unexpected from whirlpool being such a good brand name. I am highly disappointed with the servicing provided by them & there careless behaviour making the consumer a defaulter of his own thing for which they have spent so much amount. Its the worst company that a consumer should go in for.
