they have not sent her anything and keep giving us the run around. My mother is living off her social security benifits which is only enough to pay the rent and utilities and when she went to public assitance for her they asked her she summited all the penison papers that state she is clearly applied for them and thats it.
they refuse to give her assitance becase she is supposedly going to recive a penison she has not yet gotten and her food has run out and her saving are dried up and when she went to the penison regarding the letter they gave her a run around and still no letter or help what so ever.
