WalkFit Platnmum Complaint

A couple months ago, I purchased 2 sets of shoe inserts for WalkFit Platinum, for $118. The shipping and handling charge was $9.95. I returned them within 2 weeks, expecting to receive my '30 day money back guarantee, minus shipping and handling. After 3 phone calls, to the company, and a letter to the Better Business Bureau, I finally received a refund of $82. In other words, it was $36 for shipping and handling. When I returned the products by certified mail, I only spent only $9.05.

When I filed my complaint with the Better Business Bureau, I found that there were 714 complaints before mine.
