On June 3rd I got a phone call that my mother had past away in my father's arms. I got my plane ticket set and reserved a car thru Alamo. Went I got to Alamo on June 4th they told me since I didn't have a bill in my name they could not rent a car to me but they could find another place. I caught a Taxi from Sea- Tac airport to Everyone Rents a Car which cost me $20. When I got there it was already 12:30am. The women was very nice and very helpful. I thought I would only need the car for no more then 4 days. Well, with the time frame with the funeral and family gatherings I relized I needed it 5 days longer. I called and set it up and everything was fine. I started to check my bank account when I noticed they had charged my account 4 times. First charge was $150 Second charge was for $365 Thrid charge was $130 Fourth Charge was for. 01. I put down a $300 cash deposit. So far I have spent 1,031.88 on a rental for 9 days. This is outrages!!! Not only we're they charging me 59.99 a day but on top of that they charged me 19.00 a day for insurance which I didn't need since I have full coverage through my insurance company. Also the vehicle they had given me you could totally tell it had been in a front end collison. They had a metal coat hanger holding the grill onto the vehicle and I started to have many problems with it. The check engine light kept coming on and it would keep over-heating. I called to let them know and they never offered to take money off or to have me return the car. They told me not to worry about any dashboard lights it was a short in the wiring. I returned the car June 13th. I still to this day June 17th have not received my deposit which was $300 but they said I'm only getting a $150 back. So as of now I'm contacting my bank to tell them all charges are unauthorized and I'm calling the better business bureau. I hope this gets out so people in the future will not use this business. I understand they helped me in a time of need but with the price I would rather of tooken a bus or train. I have called and asked for a itemized bill and still have not received one and now anytime I contact them they hang up on me. I have no idea what to do and have never been treated this way!!! I'm very upset and I hope this warns people about how they treat their customers. Thank you for your time.
