What a rip off!! - Satellite TV

I moved to Washington State in January of 08 after being laid off. I had contacted Direct TV customer service to see where to send my 2 receivers. The representative told me I could put them on suspend mode for $6.00 per month and to call back by the end of June 09 which I did. At the beginning of June they had started charging me for service that I did not receive since my receivers were in a storage shed in Idaho. I contacted them about the charges and they soaid there is nothing they could do. I tried to give the receivers back again..finally in October of 09, I drove 1000 miles round trip to get the receivers and send them back with the boxes they privided. They acknowledge they received the receivers but now want another $551.59 for early cancellation and other services not received. I am working with a collection agence now. Told them to shove it!!
