Western Union refuses to Reimburse Stolen Money Order

- Suitland, Maryland
On June 11, 2011, I placed a money order in the drop box for my Condo fee. The money order was stolen, altered and cashed. Western Union refuses to reimbuse my $323.00. I have sent all info required. Please help.
