We are sick do to toxic mold. We have lived in this rental unit for 9 mounth's, with a leaking sink as well as holes the size of a standerd note books infested with mold. I also had air quality test done and the outside air test was a 1-low, inside my bed room was a level 4 exstremly high. My wife and four year old son are also sick we have been to the hospital numorous times and counting. The thing thats so fusterating is that we fild a complaint with code complince officers of in are city and it just so happens are landlord happens to be a contractor, So what he has been doing is going in the code complince office and telling them he resolved the issues, and what do they do, take his word for it. Now we suffer furter do to the city building inspectors relatsionship with the landlord. So we went to court and proved it was inhabital premises, the judge said we can stay there until November 4 2011, and get this the landlord put both his propertys for sale the very next day after court. strange. were trying everything to hold the responsable liable for there negligence, but we can use the help on doing so.
