Wellsfargo Banks Complaint

WellsFargo. Holding Insurance dollars hostage!!! - Storm damage Insurance money

- Claim center is based in Ohio
I had hail damage on August 13th 2007. I received a check from my Insurance company with in one week. When I went to Wellsfargo in St.Cloud MN I was told because it was over $15.000 dollars it would have to go to the banks claim department. Here is where the horror story starts. It took many days off work to keep water from flooding my kitchen and two bathrooms because the skylights were broken out. I made so many calls to Wellsfargo to plead with them to send the 1st part of the money out, since it gets paid out in 3 payments.

I tried to keep tarps on the roof but it was to windy and they kept tearing and blowing off. I could not get a contractor to come out with no money down and when some of them found out that Wellsfargo had the mortgage they refused to work for me because they feared that they would not get paid. I was repeatedly lied to by them saying that they mailed the check out only to find out it didn't get sent until October 2nd.In the beginning of this I told Wellsfargo that there was a purchase agreement written on my house and closing was set for Oct,26th. I have yet to see any more of the Insurance money.

So I am asking you to help me figure out where the money is and how do I get something that is rightfully mine. AS of today I only received 1/3rd of the $18.000 dollars. This is not right and I will fight this to thew end.
