I am a fifty four yr old first time Home Owner that has been thru hell and back in the due process of owning a home. If I had to do all over again, I probably would not. The first eight months of paperwork, four no show closings, time off from work to find out on my fifth closing date that in fact my lender Taylor, Bean, and Whitiker were shysters. I then had to go back to square one and seek out once again another Lender to whom I had to entrust. I in fact found another lender, only to have my Mortgage sold by, and boughten from another Financial Institute in one months time by Chase Home Finance. I have always had my payments two to three months ahead of due date to only receive a letter stating my escrow acct. was in the negative resolving in my monthly payments sky rocketing twice the amount. I had to come out of pocket to fix this mistake, and close out my escrow acct. on which I was informed I could not do so. After electing the idea of New Papers, and Media Coverage, along with Legal Action being taken they so kindly did so. Now I am in the dolema of my balances on which I paid toward my Principal, and Interest being a few thousand dollars different than what my Financial Institute has on their records. I ask them along with myself "Where did my monies go to"? I guess that goes with out saying. My Grandfather always said that
"Figures don't lie, but Liars can Figure " But never the less these people are aloud to go on practicing their awful
thievery with out conciquence. In the overwhelming hard times in our economic situation these people need to take a long hard look at facing another day how they will keep the roof over their families head, or put food on the table, or clothing on their children. Wake up to find a job to do so. We are law obyeding citizens, faithfull tax payers, to only fall victim to such horrible licensed thievery tactics as they use for their own financial gain. Try to call and get some answers, and your call is routed to an over seas Institute where commucication is next to nill. Thousand of complaints flood the web sights regarding this Financial Institute, but yet nothing is being done about it, WHY ? Do we resort to being homeless, multifamiy dwellings, not to mention financial embarrasssment, and credit ruins ? Yet but not least, the people being railroaded are someones, Mothers, Fathers, Aunts, Uncles, as
well as Grandparents, Neighbors, and the lists goes on and on. This is the United States of America not a society to be driven to the ground of poverty by the tools of a person or persons of education, and license in a Financial Institute to do so. Who wants to live in a place where you have no neighbores anymore, or learning Institutes, Churches, so on and so forth. Sincerly one of the fallen, or one who will fall.
