I just got married on 12/26/09 and hired Black Lab Studio/Ariel Images. They quoted me a price that included (2)8x10 parent albums at no charge, an 8x10 bridal album (which they are not giving us)They did however give us our 8x8 guestbook, but we are still waiting on our 100 5x7 thank yous. When we called them 3 days ago Ariel stated that until we paid the remaining $827.00 we would not see any proofs either online or in hand. We questioned her repeatedly about this and finally today she posted them online, but still will not give us the physical proofs. After repeatedly calling her she finally spoke to me and my dad telling us even though her quote states 2 "free" parent albums we would not get them. My dad asked her why would these kids not want "free" albums and her response was "it's not in the contract" Please help us! We don't know where to go from here. We are hoping that with your help we can get our albums and pictures. I can't believe this is happening to me. This was supposed to be the best day of my life and it has now been the worst. Please help!!
