I did sign up for a website and caanceled it. I find out I have been charged for a second website I did not order for a years. I called the merchant and I was told that she sees 6 months of transactipns on her screen and will refund them. Above that I would have to go to the bank. I called my bank "Bank of America" and they said they would not do anything for me because they are not obligated past 60 days.
I didn't ask them for the money I asked them to get it from the company that stole it and admitted fault.
I was told no and be happy with what you got back. My complaint is why should I be happy for half of my money being returned. You know the source and where it is??
Why isn't my bank doing the right thing?? Yes they will still request fees from me every month?
I want my remaining $180. I was constantly reminded about what they were legally required to do but I requested they step up to the plate and do as they should, look out for the account owner.
