Weber Grills Complaint

2007 California state fire code states that only people who live in houses can enjoy the use of bbq grills; however, they neglected to inform the public and retail stores that sell bbq"s that they may purchase bbq's, but, if they live in apartments or condos, they can't use them. Perhaps the state of california should provide a disclaimer that states this. (Class action suit?)....Don't sell it to me if I can't use it!!!!! Patti fentress
