We Want Our Money Back - Cabinet

Hi,

My husband and I bought a used home and wanted to add a cabinet to the bathroom above the toilet that matched all of the other cabinets in the home. We, however, did not know for certain that it would work. We found a place to order it, paid for it and when the company received it went to pick it up. Unfortuately, it did not work in that bathroom or our other bathroom. I called the company about returning it and they said it was not returnable. When I bought it I was never told that it wasn't returnable and no where on my receipt does it indicate that.

After talking for a long time with the salesperson, I told him we would like our money back and I was told that my husband should call before bringing the cabinet back, as somtimes they are out on appointments. Then when my husband called, he was told that he could not return the cabinet. My husband talked extensively with the sales person and then just gave up.

We would like our money back. We have no use for this cabinet. It was purchased out of a catalog and nothing was done to it to make it anything but a standard cabinet. It was full of dust and there are several scratches on one of the doors, so the cabinet looked like it came right off of a shelf somewhere.
