Last weekend I traded in my Yukon for a Chevy Malibu, going into the dealership I was hoping someone would help me not hurt me. They did and "EVEN" trade with my Yukon. I did sign as "As is" form. I also was told this was and EVEN trade. It was by no means EVEN or fair. These people sold me a lemon the Malibu is not worth more than 1,000 it is going to cost me over 2,500 to fix. They are selling my Yukon for 6,888. I am recently divorced I have three kids I needed a dependable vehicle and what they sold me was garbage! Now I am waiting for the Malibu to just stop because I can't afford to fix it. I called the dealership talked to 3 different people Jim, Arron, and Tony Blake the owner. Tony told me this was not their fault. I told him I wanted the car fixed or my truck back, I let him know this was and even trade so we can do the even trade again...It would be as if nothing ever happened. He called me back saying they had already put money into the truck and they are in to deep. I looked at the truck on-line they had already posted pics and MY PLATES WERE STILL ON THE TRUCK THEY DID NOTHING! I asked what was put into the Malibu when they got it he said about 650 worth of work, I asked what was done he said he did not have the paper work in front of him. I said ok I will wait. He then said we are short staffed so he could not get the paper work. It is VERY SAD to know that Tyson Motors would do this to anyone. These people only care about them self's not who they might hurt. At this point what do I do? What do you do when a dealership says this is and even trade and there was NOTHING fair or even about it! PLEASE ALLOW this to air so this does not happen to another mother or another person who is struggling!
