Firs I want to thank you for making this posible and letting all the people to aware of haw many corporations misstreating their consomers I am one of them for the past 6 months I have been receiving this autrges water bills for my apartment houses $300,$500 and $600 per month at firs I thought maby my tenants are using washers or runing water non stop so I go to the buildings and I read the metters my self took pictures of all my metters an I go home to match the actuale readings the watter company had stated on my bill it wasn't even close to what I got from the reading so I call the company many times months before and told them why is my water bill this high their response was oh we had new modifications to do like I am responsible to pay for their upgrades and sence then my water bill has been sky roket it is no problem for me if they know haw to read this metters properly and not ad thousends of gallons extra that has not actualy been consumed they are charging me for samething that has not been used and after I stoped paying the water bills and told them after you correct my bills and you read the metters properly I will continu to pay the bills. what they do they send me water shut of notice with out investigating the problem and they left my building with the tenats with out watter this company is stilling from people by making this prices up and I am questioning this companys legitimacy and they need to be investigated by a higher authority because this absurd they are counting a tenth digit as a regular number and it will make the consaption of your water look like you have used 100ds of more water then what you have realy used. An inspector is scaduled to come and see the bulding and I will be walking him straight to the water metter with my bills on my hand and hi will be proving it to the water company what a big miscalculation they have made on the reading this water meters and I will not pay a dime until this is all taking care they can shut my building down and they will be held ecounteble for all the damages to my bussines in the meantime I will be contacting my aturney general to start a case against this nonsense that has been costing me a lot of money for no reason at all.
