I have been fighting with the Watershed Dept for more than a year now about my over billing that they have been sending me. I am tired and fed up, and now I find myself with them filing a lien on my home for what they said was over $900.00 but they billed me for $728. My bill have been increasing since October of 2008 and they put me thru so much and we found that there was a leak at the meter after they had disconnected my services more than two times but instead of the erasing the bill the customer service representative just guestimated back until sometime in 2009. I am disgusted with their behavor and to think they would go after poor homeowners and caused them more problems even with this bad economy and not go after the big businesses who owe them thousands of dollars is just ridiculous to me. I wish we could do away with the Watershed Dept altogether. I am very upset abou this.
