water company extorts money from customers using disconnect fees,cutting service - WATER

- OCEAN SPRINGS, MS
TESI WATER CO IN OCEAN SPRINGS, MS SENDS A BILL SAYING THAT ON 5/16/2011 PAST DUE BALANCES FROM 4/12/2011 OF $76 AND BALANCE FROM 5/15/2011 $74 WILL BE DUE FOR PAYMENT AND SUBJECT TO SERVICE CUTOFF! BUT ON 5/10/2011 @APPROX 4PM, 30MIN BEFORE THEY CLOSED WITH NO WAY TO GET IT TURNED BACK ON TIL NEXT DAY. THIS HAPPENS OVER AND OVER WITH ME AND ALOT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS. TODAY IS 5/11/2011 AND I AM BEING MADE TO PAY A BILL IN THE FUTURE AS WELL AS A $50 RECONNT FEE. SHOULDNT THE CUT OFF BE DONE ONLY AFTER BILL IS DUE FOR PAYMENT! WE HAVE TO HAVE WATER TO LIVE AND CAN ONLY GET IT FROM THEM. WE CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY WILL NOT LISTEN ALL THEY SAY IS "I DONT CARE IF YOU WANT YOUR WATER THEN YOU MUST PAY". BY CUTTING PEOPLE'S SERVICE OFF BEFORE THE DUE DATE THEY PURPOSELY TAKE YOU BY SURPRISE TO COLLECT A $50. FEE. THEY ARE PURPOSELY CUTTING OFF PEOPLES WATER SERVICE DAYS OR MORE BEFORE BILL IS EVEN DUE SO THAT THEY CAN EXTORT A FEE .
