This third party provider attatched itself to my phone bill without my authorization. I requested the tape of the authorization and it was clearly fabricated. The customer service representative that played the tape would not play the entire tape for me. I barely understood the telemarketer because he was from the middle east, and the person that "supposedly" answered my business line could barely be heard at all. I say "supposedly" because the name that the customer service representative gave me that authorized this service was never employed by me. They refuse to honor a refund, and they refuse to play the entire tape for me. No one in my business, except myself, is authorized to by services. This question was never asked by the telemarketer or was asked in such a way that no one could have understood his English.
