Washington Mutual Bank try to steal money from our
family member's account many times and we have to go
to many place and times before issues can be resolved.
eg. 1/ After hour money deposit (transfer from same
bank from different accounts) will not show up next
day. When pay e-bill will withdraw money right way and
charge with $25 overdraft fee.
2/ I signed up e saving few weeks ago. E saving WAMU count deposit as a transfer and 6transfers in one month are allow and charge $10 excessive fee and will charge $4 form close account(reason is stuck their e-banking rules) And I was told by their customer service supervisor from New York and never ID their last name. WAMU New York Supervisor
Susan told me that their were authorized by Federal
Regulation D to charge $10. I went check the FR D and
did not see $10 charge things. I received letter from
WAMU July 18,2007 said I many be charge. I found out
I was charged the same day. I do not have any
transfers after July 19.
My experiences with WAMU are WAMU will charge you fee very creative ways and make you run around to the local office or speak to New York and will charge you with phony terms and Federal regulation D or any type of excuses. WAMU are clearly push their luck on Banking Laws and may already burned many less English speaking people.
WAMU's conduct is very unacceptable and breach
Consumer Protection Act, breach of contract, and
breach of the duty of good faith and fair dealing as
in one of your case. I really think WAMU need to be
correct their business conduct.

For you to see there is nothing says about the limitation
of transfers.
You see what you get not more terms later and got charges.
Someone need to change WAMU's business conducts.
