D. W Caldwell installed a new flat roof on my commercial building in 2006. We were given a fifteen year warranty on any problems with the roof including material. Since the installation of the roof we have experienced serious roof leaks. We have contacted the company several times and they came out and patched the problem. We now have up to one and a half inches of water sitting on roof in some areas. Needless to say water is running through every opening it can find. We have been experiencing flood inside of the salon. We also have mold and mildew in several places in the salon. And the smell is terrible when entering the salon. The worst part about this is I contacted the company and told them about the problem and they have turn a deaf ear to me. When the rain comes I can expect my building to experience water flow inside. Please get me some help in East Point and alert other potential clients from experiencing what I am experiencing.
