I bought av2premier computer from shop nbc and viscom in december of 2004 with an extended contract. A year later the mother board went out and had to send in to replace. Now I need a restoration disk to get it started again, I have called viscom on several occasions to order the disk but I cannot get a response from anyone. This computer cost a great deal of money, too much for it to go bad in a year. I bought this computer through shop nbc. Both shopnbc and Viscom made point of saying how great the support was over and over again. The product has turned out to be useless and the tech support does not exist. I WOULD DISCOURAGE ANYONE FROM BUYING ANY PRODUCTS FROM VISCOM AND SHOPNBC. I sincerely hope you pick my post to discuss on your programs as i think the public should be aware of the kind of product and service they will receive if they deal with shopnbc, viscom.
