I been with Virgin Mobile for a month, started paying on my mobile Beyond Talk plan, that is $25 dollars a month for 300 mins/unlimited txt, email, web. My next payment is due 11/18/10
I bought the top up card number on the 15 11/15/10 paid the top up on the account.
Yesterday, couldn't use my phone, checked the account, it stated I had $24.45 44cents was taken from the account, yet they have no history of it being taken, never the less, in order to keep my plan, I have to top up more money to stay with the plan at $25. But I ALREADY PAID the amount required to maintain the plan, I still have the receipt, and text message receipt that I paid my full amount.
I am being stiffed to buy more...
