Vintage Gliders Complaint

I paid $175.00 for a tall lemonade table in May of '10.The conformation of the order was correct, but when finnaly received in Aug. I found that it was a different table. I contacted the company and requested a refund which they said was ok but after spending another $60.00 shipping fees to return it I have since not gotten an answer to any e-mails aside from out of office messages. Had a claim in the BBB in Va. over this who helped get the first delivery but have since closed the claim because they have gotten no response either.
