SCAMMERS Out Of Control - AICO Furniture- Dining Room Set

- 1312 Kings Hwy- Brooklyn, New York 11229
I ordered an AICO Dining Set($4,800.00)July 26, 2007 from Everyday Furnishings--AKA--OneClickFurniture, Furniture Brands Group, ARM. Today is April 14, 2008! It has been 9 (nine) months since they accepted my payment in full via debit card--MISTAKE! MISTAKE!--with a 5-12 weeks promise of delivery! The company is a RIP OFF and an embarrassssment to internet shopping! I'm still waiting for all of my furniture after many calls, e-mails, letters and listening to "the furniture is being investigated". The first of the "bits and pieces" were delivered Jan. 13, 2008. Another "piece" was delivered April 10, 2008. It is quite obvious that they don't have the furniture that they are advertising. It has been one lie after another. With all of the complaints filed against this company---all the way to the Attorney General's Office, why aren't they in jail? Every complaint that has been filed is saying the exact same thing. So, these people are consistent with their scam with everyone. They are stealing openly from innocent, unknowing people like me. Why are they still allowed to be in business? This is blatant consumer fraud. I have never experienced anything like this and I will never shop the internet again. People are getting ripped off left and right. What can we do to stop these scammers?

I ordered a desk $795 on Jan. 30th 2008 and have now canceled the order although they are making it very difficult in refunding our money......I just found this site tonight and am shocked at all the people involved and even more shocked that the Attorney General's office isn't able to shut them down. This is rediculous! I am filing a formal complaint and will follow it through to the end!

I also was ripped off. I ordered two curio cabinets in January for $999.00 and they were never delivered. I was promised a refund check 3 months ago, it never arrived. Now it is too late to get a credit on my master card and I cannot get a refund from everydayfurnishings.,SCAM ALERT! Stay away from this company and check other names to be sure they are not part of this scam company,

I too have been totally scammed by this company. I ordered a bedroom set on 1/31/08 and am still waiting for it. Have totally gotten the run a around and blanket email each time I call stating that the furniture is in but they're waiting for the truck to be filled. Of course my credit card was charged on 1/31/08 for the full amount. After my last discussion with Suzie Walker I finally did an internet search on everydayfurnishings.com and found this site and several others with the same complaints. I called Suzie back to cancel the order. I asked her flat out if the furniture was ever going to come and she said "no, it's best that you cancel the order". when i asked her why it wasn't going to come she said she didn't know and pushed me off to Al Carter. On the phone they told me a credit would be issued to my card. then 5 min. later i got an email stating they changed their billing system and the credit cannot be issued. before this i called my credit card co. and filed a disputed claim. Hopefully i'll get the money back from the cc co. I've filed a claim with the BBB, Consumer Affairs and the NY Attorney Gen'l Office. What else can be done? These people need to be in jail!! Someone needs to investigate and press charges. Just not sure how to go about doing this.

To answer your question, what can we do to stop these scammers, we need to unite. Our case needs a name, so that when we talk to the attorney general or the bbb, they know we are talking about the same case. We are also kept disunited because we don't have any way to contact each other. So how about coming up with a name and a way to communicate?

I'm one of the latest victims. I'm FURIOUS and willing to organize everyone who's gotten ripped off by these scumbags. Please, if this company stole from you, get in touch with me so we can act together.
