Have an heart pacemaker in place, I am 87 years old. It is on phone and is a Medtronic Carelink Monitor and is connected to Hamot Hospital Heart Clinic. Bills have been paid in full each month. There is nothing idemized and Verizon keeps telling me they do not have the account nubler on the bill, yet my name and address are right. My wife handles the computer so it is her Email address..and I do not know who else to contact for help. Thank-you
