I'm a single mother trying to take care of my family issues, any way I'm unemploy, trying to get a new job so I did sign in to the internet service in these area, for the second time, In 6 months I have being scam for a know service, did first disconnect the service, try to reconnect again, now for two weeks I'm tring to talk with these company, some time it take two hours on the phone all they have to say is that they need to trouble shoot the system, another week goes by, call again and for the 5 time these week they said they would them repair the service, an the techinician came by, and the service was not repair, I felt that I was a victm of a scam or some group of people trying to bust my nerves, and I did spoke out all the bad to them. The problem was not resolve yet, in these scary economy there is people out there taking advantage of th minor class. UI'm not sure if I can call these country first world, country of freedom, I would say these is a bad picture for these time
