My phone line went out & I called the phone company & it took 4 days to get a repairman to check it out. It turned ot to be one of my direct TV boxes shorting out my whole house. I was told by the Verizon Technician that I would be charged $91.00 for the service call becaues he had to come into the house. He said call Direct TV to see what they would do to remedy the situation. I contacted them & explained what happened & asked what they would do. They said they would send me a new box but would do nothing further & hung up on me ! I called back & explained everything to another representative & he told me point blank that Direct TV would do nothing for the $91 charge. I asked to be transferred to a Supervisor. The Supervisor was a little huffy & also refused to to credit me for the Verizon expense. She hung up on me also. 5 thumbs down to this company---I will be getting rid of this service shortly---GOOD RIDDONS !!!
