Chase Bank modified my home loan and then nine months later as I made my payments on time proceeded to foreclose. I took my case and my money ($10,775) to Deborah Pimentel's office and was told that I had a case against Chase Bank. So I signed the contract believing that my home would be saved. Ms. Pimentel supposedly sued Chase Bank on my behalf to stop the foreclosure on my home. After several months and $10,775 later, Ms. Pimentel sent me a letter in a hand written envelope stating that she had done all she could and that I had lost the case. Her closing line was I wish you the best of luck. I tried to call her and took a friend with me to see her. We found that she had moved and when we went to the other office she was not available by phone or in person. A receptionist took a note and said she would email her. The attorney has not returned calls and has not been in her office to explain or give further details. The attorney did not send me any copies of court documents or proof that the case actually went to court. I want her brought to justice because she made promises she didn't keep, not for myself alone, but for all who were subjected to her negligence. I am disabled which means I am on a fixed income and in jeopardy of losing my home. If you look on yelp.com and bbbonline F rating, you will see other similar complaints. She took money and did not deliver. She sent an impersonal letter in the mail with no proof and is no where to be found. I want all of my money fully refunded and I want her disbarred.
