I bought a mattress in 2004 it was a lovely pillow top and it was great until the threading started to come loose and I called and they came and fixed it only to have the remaining threads come loose so I called again this time they replaced it with another pillow top and after awhile the padding started to bunch together and the pillow top started to separate from the bottom so I called htis time they replaced it with a non pillow top and I noticed a couple of weeks ago that the paddng is starting to bunch again and this time I can feel the springs so again I called and guess what they claim that since my warranty has expired they can not help me I explained to them I could understand if this was the first one but comeon this is the third one
