Beaches/Sandals Resorts Complaint

Beaches/Sandals resorts are a fraud and nothing like advertised, my family took a vacation to Jamaica and stayed at Beaches, it was horrible, dirty, unsafe, etc. I wrote to Beaches demanding a refund and received an apology/denial from the manager of the hotel we stayed at. I wrote to customer service and did not want my claim reviewed by the manager of the hotel I was complaing about who obviously has a biased opinion. Many others felt the same way we did at the hotel. We have pictures of our stay as well as complaints filed by others with similar complaints that we found online. We want a full refund due fraud.
