Please help us!! Our mail is continuously being forwarded to an address in Florida where we do not live. It is PO Box 370, Orange Lake, Florida 32681. We live at 4516 Brunson Place, Traverse City, MI 49684. We have tried for two months to get the Post Office to stop sending out notifications that we have permanently moved to this Florida address. Our local Post Office has tried to stop this but each time they say they have stopped it, the mail is forwarded again. Five times in two months. This is causing us to not receive our retirement information, our bills, investment information, and all US mail in a timely manner. Our credit cards stop working because they notify the credit card company that we have moved and without our authorization they change our address. Even my wifes medical benefits have been compromised because they show us not living in MI anymore. We are at our whits end! Can you please look into this and get it stopped?
