US Bank Credit Card Complaint

Three times I have been charged a late fee payment of $29.00 For paying my credit card bill early! They gave me two refunds but "leah" and her manager said no refund this time. I am being punished because I am paying my bill early on the internet because it hadn't printed. How many people are paying the bill early and they are tacking on late fee payments for paying early??? This is one way for them to help the economy!
